FORT WAYNE, IN – The Pearl, a mixed-used development currently under construction at 247 Pearl Street in downtown Fort Wayne, has reached 60% completion. Set to be finished late summer of 2024, the $72 million dollar project will bring a multitude of new amenities including:

  • 76 Apartments

  • Live/Work Storefronts

  • Crescendo Coffee Shop

  • 300 Seat Event Center

  • Pedestrian-Oriented Concrete Streetscape on Pearl St.

  • The ability to host small concerts, events, and more.

  • 12,000 square feet of commercial retail tenant space for any business that opens onto Pearl Street.

Residents interested in making The Pearl their new home will have many options to choose from, with 24 1-bedroom, 30 2-bedroom, and 13 3-bedroom units available for rent. There are also choices for remote professionals searching for work-from-home accommodations, as The Pearl will include 9 apartments with built in offices along with a community business center off of the lobby, bringing the total residential space to 84,914 square feet. With access to several floors in the facility, occupants will enjoy special features such as:

  • A 3rd floor, climate-controlled, private parking garage with bike storage.
